Today i decided to give up and succumb to the google reader service. i am now rssing my little heart out. boy will be so proud.
I found this Buddhist thought of the day rss feed and i quite liked the quote above.
We just got back form seeing stardust. It was a good movie. very different ending from the book. Visually stunning, as expected from anything gaiman puts his name on. It's a decent fairy tale journay/romance. Oi, and it has air pirates, i mean who can resist air pirates?

Should driving while talking on a cell phone be outlawed?

no. being stupid while on a cell phone should be. don't dial/text while driving. wait until a stop light, or have someone else in the car do it. i don't drive worse while talking on a cell. It is possible to drive properly and talk. Let's have less laws outlawing things, and enforce the ones we have. People drive erratically, and like they eat at the the nascar grille on or off the phone.
things i see driving that should be enforced for driving reckless:
- people cross the double yellow to drive on the wrong side of the road to a turn lane
- people make erratic u turns
- people swing left to make a right hand turn
- people weaving in an out of traffic, speeding up to cut people off. hey buddy, that space between me and the car in front of me is my braking distance, not a space for your car
When driving alone, what do you do? Sing along to the radio? Think about your day? Something else?
